Yes. The zipper continues past the collar to turn the green front into a grinning mask over your chin, mouth and nose. Your eyes stay free.
Are both hoods attached?
Yes. The green grump hood with spiky fur hair and the red Santa hood with white fur trim and pom-pom are sewn into the same hoodie.

How do I wash it?
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry and gently brush the faux fur once dry. Do not use high heat.
